Remove your cup from the freezer and give the sides a gentle squeeze to loosen the ingredients. Remove the lid and peel off the protective seal.
Fill the cup with warmed (but not steaming!) water or broth. Pour everything into a blender and purée for about 30 seconds, until everything's looking smooth.
For a refreshing, heatwave-friendly chilled soup, transfer everything to a bowl or pour it back in the cup to take it to go. Like it hot? Just heat in the microwave or on a stovetop for 2–3 minutes.
For the best (and most delicious) results, prepare the whole cup at once.
