You can modify or un-skip a scheduled delivery until 6pm ET on the Saturday before your box is slated to ship. Head to “My Plan” under the "Hi" tab, then click the "Upcoming Deliveries" button. Click on the plus sign associated with the delivery you’d like to un-skip (or receive), then click "Get This Delivery." Alternatively, you can use the calendar tool and click on the scheduled delivery date of the box you'd like to receive. Active deliveries appear in bold. Skipped deliveries appear with a red strikethrough.
